1:1 Coaching
Engaging with a 1:1 CMA coach provides the opportunity for the most personalised attention.
All programmes are written by Christian Malcolm and tailored specifically to each individual. They can be delivered by Christian or by his lead coach, depending on your requirement.
Programmes will be evaluated at weekly meetings.
Injury Prevention Programme & Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation
We request that you are assessed by our team and a 6 week rehabilitation programme will be designed and delivered either one to one or as part of a combined rehab session.

Injury Prevention Programme
If you have past injuries resulting in weakness we offer an injury prevention programme. This programme will strengthen and tighten weak areas, we will look at your mechanics and enforce technique to minimise future injury.
